Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to learn and grow with us. We are committed to providing high-quality workshops, programs, and digital resources.

This page explains my policy on refunds and cancellations.

1. Workshop Registrations

Once you register for a workshop or live session, your seat is reserved and resources are prepared for you.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all purchases are non-refundable.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable and digital materials (workbooks, templates, recordings), unless explicitly stated otherwise, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Coaching and 1:1 Sessions

Bookings for coaching or consulting sessions are confirmed upon payment.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

No refunds will be issued for missed or unused appointments.

4. Exceptions

We stand behind the value of our programs. If you experience an issue accessing your purchase or believe you were charged in error, please email us within 7 days, and we will review your request individually.

5. Cancellations by Us

In rare cases where we must cancel a workshop or session (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered:

✅ A rescheduled date, or
✅ A full refund of your payment.
